OMNIYAT has officially commenced the construction of VELA, Dorchester Collection, Dubai. This groundbreaking announcement follows the project's successful launch in June this year.

Positioned adjacent to The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, within the newly acquired Marasi Bay Marina, VELA will encompass every essence of waterfront living, with a projected handover in Q4 2026.

Soaring over 150 meters, spanning 270,000 sq. feet across 30 floors, and featuring 38 meticulously curated and fully-furnished residences, VELA will seamlessly blend signature curves, wraparound terrace pools, and glass façades, creating a haven of indoor-outdoor living.
