OMNIYAT has solidified its leadership position in Dubai’s ultra-luxury market, achieving AED 2.94 billion (over USD 800.2 million) in sales in 2024. According to data from Property Monitor, the UAE’s leading real estate technology and market intelligence provider, OMNIYAT captured more than one-third (37%) of the transactions in the USD 10 million-plus residential segment, making it the top-performing developer in this exclusive category.

On Palm Jumeirah, OMNIYAT achieved AED 2.18 billion (USD 593 million) in sales across 33 high-value transactions, commanding a 58.1% market share and reinforcing its reputation as the preferred developer in a globally sought-after address. Driving this success was ORLA Infinity, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, as all 20 ultra-luxury duplex residences were sold out by August 2024, generating AED 1.4 billion (USD 385.4 million) in sales. With its final sale, ORLA Infinity became the most valuable project on Palm Jumeirah in 2024, where a four-bedroom duplex achieved nearly AED 10,000 per square foot.

Dominating the heart of Dubai, OMNIYAT recorded AED 758.3 m (USD 206.4 million) in sales from 13 transactions, capturing 43.5% of USD 10 million-plus apartments. A key highlight includes the sale of the final penthouse at The Lana Residences, Dorchester Collection Dubai, for AED 139 million (USD 37.8 million) in May 2024. This record-breaking achievement underscores OMNIYAT’s standing as the premier developer of ultra-luxury properties.
